Dad flew in the back door shortly before 7:30 this morning. He proceeded to move a stick, peck the ground a bit, survey his territory, and he even appeared to be praying for a minute. He left for a few minutes at 7:55 a.m, and returned via the back door with a stick at 7:58 a.m. After walking on the pine cone in the middle of the nest, he finally moved it at 8:00 a.m. Dad headed to the left branch at 8:01 a.m. and flew off.
