Bel's Nest Log: D in to LB 8:27:43, hops to nest 8:27:45 M in FD w/stick 8:27:49; both dig in nest; D to LB 8:34:17 & out 8:34:29; D in FD w/stick 8:35:42; D out BD 8:39:45; M out BD 8:42:12; M in FD w/stick 9:01:43; M out BD 10:35:35; M in FD 1:33:54pm; M calls out 1:59:27; crop drop 2:01:33;D in to LB 2:25:53 & hops to nest 2:26:03; D to LB 2:40:42 & out 2:40:52; D in BD w/stick 2:43:01; D to RB 2:50:52 & out 2:51:05; M to LB 3:40:31 & out 3:40:37; bluejay lands on right side of nest tree 4:34:24 & flies off 4:34:48; correction, I think that was a Cooper's hawk or northern flicker (not a bluejay); D lands on LB 5:47:26, D walks down LB to nest 5:48:04 & hops to nest 5:48:15; D intently watches something (Mom?) 5:54:20; D out BD 5:55:32pm; IR light on 5:57:35pm; Rocky bounds out onto the nest for a long visit 7:52:49pm. Our favorite little grass thief is back 10:34:11pm, scampering around the nest & branches.
