(B10 43 days old) Per TNT/Bel/Jani: EARLY MORN: B10 alone on nest at midnight, spent most of the night alone. B10 PS 1:25:08am, preening 2:10:22; Rocky on left side of nest 2:33:07, B10 pops his/her head up 2:33:13 & looks in Rocky's direction, B10 sits up & spreads those wings in defense 2:33:45 & watches intently; the B10/Rocky stand-off continues until Rocky gets a little too brave & B10 gives a big wing flap at 2:34:31 & remains diligent until about 2:43:15 before laying back down; M in to LB 2:56:44, hops to nest 2:56:58; M aerates nest 3:14:25; B10 sits up to preen 3:15:16 then hels M aerate 3:15:24; B10 PS 3:17:14;  B10 scooches under M 3:21:02; both M & baby sleeping w/heads tucked at 3:30:00; B10 wakes to preen those itchy feathers 3:55:33; M & B10 preening 4:58:11 then both rest w/heads tucked for a bit; both awake again by 5:42:57; B10 crop drop 5:43:19, preening; both resting again 5:46:00. MORN: M to LB 7:06:27 & out 7:06:38; B10 PS 7:14:24 then sits up tall & preens; IR light off 7:17:04; another crop drop 7:55:15; M in FD w/stick 7:56:21, places it at front of nest 7:56:47; B10 PS 7:57:26 then wing flaps; another B10 PS 8:41:24 & wing flaps; B10 scratches head 8:50:59, plays w/fluff & picks up feather 8:49:04; M out BSD 8:57:41; Cam 1 reset 9:00:20; B10 wingercizing 9:06:50; M flies by behind nest 9:19:13 & B10 tracks her as she returns to nest via FD w/another stick 9:19:24, which she places on front left; nuthatch lands on back branch 9:20:09, M watches it 9:20:20, M starts to wingslap but nuthatch flies away 9:21:05; M works on front rail 9:22:37; M crouches & stares intently at something 9:26:02; M & B10 hang out & wait for D & undoubtedly food 9:35:00. M continues watching then nibbles on a stick 9:42:49; M preens 9:44:38; B10 gets up and decides to do some also 9:45:06; not much going on until B10 sits up as D comes in the BD w/fluff 11:03:07 and B10 nips at his talons; M to LB 11:03:22; B10 stretches 11:03:29; M out 11:03:34; B10 ps 11:04:22; B10 nips at D 11:04:37; Wingersizes 11:05:46; D rouses 11:21:30; D out BD 11:22:09; smoke blows by right side of nest 11:32:12; M in BD w/stick breathing hard 11:42:20; more smoke 11:53:21; M starts squeeing as she sees D 12:09:55; D in BD w/ fish 12:10:03; M takes fish to pantry 12:10:10; Feeds B10 12:10:36; D picks up something in beak from nest 12:11:58 and hops with it to RB 12:12:05 & out 12:12:07; B10 swallows fish tail 12:24:01; Feeding over; B10 picks at nest material 1:46:37; M hops to LB 1:54:14 & out 1:54:19; D in BD w/fish 1:56:08; Feeds B10 1:56:32; D watches as something is flying around 2:04:04; alerts 2:04:53; you can hear whatever it is in the background as D alerts again 2:06:24; D continues the feeding 2:12:39; B10 grabs a stick 2:25:51; moves another stick 2:33:53; lays down 2:34:04; B10 stands up to stretch 2:49:22; ps 2:49:36; Then looks around, then sits 2:51:22; Lays down peering over edge 3:00:16; D watching something 3:36:19; alerts 3:38:35, 3:39:36; Hops to LB still alerting 3:40:04. D watches from LB until he flies out 3:57:15; M in BD 3:58:00 and B10 voices disappointment that she didn't bring food; B10 ps 3:59:01; B10 plays with a pinecone with talons 3:59:52; M found a morsel and feeds it to B10 4:00:02; B10 bites M's beak repeatedly as she tries to retrieve a morsel 4:02:51; M finally gets it 4:03:17 and swallows it 4:03:30; B10 walks partially onto right rail 4:03:35; M picks up pinecone 4:03:45 and puts it next to B10; B10 plays with twig 5:57:36; plays with branch 5:58:46; wingersizes 6:02:27; M out BD 6:52:21; B10 stands up 7:18:31; ps 7:18:54; wingersizes 7:19:57 & 7:20:56 & 7:21:50; M in FD w/stuff 7:48:55; M digs in pantry for D's stash 7:49:12; Digs deep and B10 is like Whoa! 7:51:17; B10 tries to help 7:51:54; ps 7:56:00; IR on 8:18:55; M hops to RB 9:12:07; M to nest 9:24:23; M has a tail-wagging chat with D 11:40:18.
