light off 6:11:54; B10 fly-by 6:24:25 & 6:24:47; squeeing heard, gets
louder as B10 approaches nest 7:42:57; D in FD w/fish 7:44:10 w/B10 hot on his
heels 7:44:12, B10 gets the fish, mantles and yells as D pants; D to RB 7:44:54
& out 7:46:16; B10 watches him go then continues eating 7:46:36; grabs fish
with foot and takes across nest 7:49:59; drags with beak to rt rail 7:52:25;
plays with it 7:55:01; then eats more 7:55:09; moves to back of nest 8:07:39;
flies onto the 11 o'clock branch 8:10:02; moves slightly into view 8:23:05;
Squees as s/he sees M coming in BSD w/headless fish 8:34:40; B10 hops to nest
pushing M out of the way and grabs fish 8:34:53; takes it to front rail
8:34:55; then charges at M making her step back and move to front of nest
8:34:56; B10 calms down and starts to eat 8:35:17; B10 is busy at rt rail with
a piece so M moves to get fish 8:47:14; just as M picks it up, B10 turns and
grabs it w/talons 8:47:28; B10 turns and mantles over it 8:47:33; M goes for
another discarded piece 8:47:46; B10 fusses at M as she grabs the head of the
earlier fish 8:48:04; M feeds B10 a few bites 8:48:18 and 8:48:27; B10 goes
back to the fish tail so M can now eat the head 8:48:32; B10 swallows the 1st
fish tail 8:50:46; Gets the 2nd tail 8:50:52; grabs a bit from M 8:50:59; B10
tugs at fish head 8:52:09; picks up a feather and can't shake it loose 8:52:45;
feather still there B10 grabs at fish head 8:53:09; finally gets it loose from
mouth after some scratching 8:53:31; M continues to feed B10 8:53:36; B10
returns to fish tail 8:54:23; food gone, B10 nibbles on M's leg 9:00:15; M
feaks on RB 9:01:35; M hops onto RB 9:02:13; M out 9:02:22; B10 nibbles around
in nest for a bit then flies out BSD 9:04:51 heading toward D's tree; little
bird grabs discarded feather 10:39:43; flies off with it 10:40:58; Cam 1 reset
12:19:21pm. No nest action this afternoon as of 4:30:00; B10 flies behind nest
(left to center) 4:58:18pm.
