Bel's Nest Log: Little ones wake up 5:26:26am, M fluffs 5:26:52 then tucks babies back in; IR light off 7:04:12am; S/C#1-D lands on LB 7:06:35, D hops to nest 7:06:51, M to LB 7:07:06 & out 7:07:14; D checks the pantry 7:07:46, piling up pelts 7:08:42, D feeds B10 7:11:00 then B11 7:23:01, D aerates & snuggles down 7:33:28; Cam 1 reset 8:05, 8:24. S/C#2-M in FD w/coot 8:28:28, M & D have a chat, bonking, D out BD 8:29:03, PS by one baby 8:29:23; D in FD w/fluff 8:38:00, D out LFD 8:41:33; feeding coot 8:45:37; M preens 9:35:40. S/C#3-D in BD w/long stk 9:35:57, M & D tussle with the stk & it gets dropped on babies (looks like a room divider between the B's); M to LB 9:37:38 & out 9:37:45; D has some coot 9:38:56 then feeds one baby (the other was stuck behind the stick) 9:39:10; D moves the stk 9:56:05. S/C#4-M in FD w/fluff 10:01:14, she eats a bite of something 10:02:22, D out BD 10:06:19; D in FD w/fluff 10:10:22, D out BD 10:17:45; feeding 12:06:01, still feeding at 12:20:07. Bonking 2:17:02pm while M nibbles on coot; feeding 2:17:46; B10 starts to scooch out of the bole 2:29:37 but falls back in; M in pantry w/babies scooching up for food 3:40:56 so M obliges; M tugs out a nest-over 3:56:13; both babies out of the bole laying in pantry 4:01:25; M searching the skies from 4:00 until 4:30. M stretches 3:03:55 then moves to right rail to PS 3:04:28; M snuggles down 3:14:45; M tucks head & catches some zzz's 3:48:02; M wakes up 4:17:14, looks around, then tucks head again 4:17:40; M wakes to do a bit a preening 4:27:05, dozes back off 4:28:37 only to wake for more preening 4:31:28; M back to sleep 4:33:30; M preens 4:50:08 & pretty much only catches a few more winks here & there. MORNNG: M stretches 6:54:09; M feeds littles 7:00:39 IR light off 7:15:25 am; M picks at nestover squirrel 7:15:34, D in FD w/fluff 7:15:50, M snuggles down 7:17:29, then stretches to reach fluff 7:17:43 and spreads it around; D out BSD 7:22:56; D flies behind nest 7:52:57, S/C #1-D in FD w/fluff 7:53:06, M stands up 7:54:26, M to LB 7:54:48 & out 7:54:58, D pulls squirrel out of pantry 7:56:42; D feeds B10 7:58:55 and B11 8:02:36; B11 PS's 8:03:42; feeding over & D moves over to fluff 8:12:39 then brood babies 8:13:17; D slowly gets off the babies 8:46:38, babies bonk 8:47:21, D heads over to pantry 8:47:28, D feeds B10 a couple of bites 8:48:43; B10 PS's 8:49:30; D takes inventory of the pantry 8:50:27, then moves back to cover babies 8:51:41; S/C#2-M in FD w/coot 8:58:41 & breathing hard, D stands up 9:00:34, D to LB 9:00:44 & out 9:01:09; M feeds coot to B11 9:07:32 and B10 while taking a few bites for herself; S/C #3-D in FD w/branchy stick 9:12:44, stick war (M wins) 9:13:04, M to LB 9:13:53 & out 9:14:03; D eats some coot 9:14:36 as the kids watch; D feeds B11 some feathers 9:23:03. D finishes up the feeding w/a few more bites for himself then moves a stk or two & snuggles down 9:28:05. D feeds B11, then moves over to brood 9:26:46; Cam 1 reset 10:04am. Tropical storms in GA yesterday as a result of Hurricane Irma. Thankfully, Mom and Dad Berry are fine. Dad flew in the BD with a stick this morning at 10:14; he did a little housekeeping and kept an eye out for Mom. He took off out the BD at 10:24am. Mom finally eased our minds when she flew in the FD at 10:29:50. Dad returned to the nest after pausing for a few seconds on the LB at 10:31. Mom to LB 10:38; Dad to Y-nook then to RB 10:40 and out 10:41.

Dad showed up for a brief visit this evening.
